I applied On-line wherein the vacancy was displayed in LinkedIn. Then I was told to send my resume for screening followed by telephonic Interview. Then I was called for an HR round and Written Test. Once Cleared I was finally asked to meet the Directors and Operations Head for final discussions. I was offered but was unable to join due to some personal reasons. The Process involved almost 3 rounds including HR, Operations and Final Discussion. On and All the company is very good for those who are willing to learn.
