After applying, I was scheduled for and given a phone interview. Within a couple days, I was called about an in-person interview. The location isn't very well labeled, so it took asking around to find the business. The interview was very low stress; a one-on-one, private interview with the hiring manager. Afterwards, he emailed me, even though I did not receive the position.
