In peron interview. Meet with one of the directors who has been there for over 20 years. She was nice, and dressed very professional. The interview room was in the break room because they were interviewing another interviewee at the same time as me. Then I filled out the application and answered the generic questions as well as other questions about childcare and how to handle certain situations. Once I was done with that I got asked to come do a working interview. The working interview is where you work and interact with the children and the teachers in that classroom observe you or the management team does.
