Prior to the interview I had to complete tests, including a CliftonStrengths assessment. The strengths assessment offered me interesting and valuable insights. The interview itself was via webcam with an executive from their headquarters. This person was very direct and focused on the specific skills/prior experience required for the role and not in me as a human with a desire for personal goals/purpose/meaningful work.
