I met with the recruiter for businessolver on August 11 and was scheduled for a second interview with one of the Directors on August 28. The interview went well. I was reached out to schedule a third interview with the head of the department and interviewed with her on September 3. I followed up with the recruiter after not hearing anything on September 12 and didn't hear any kind of response from them until September 18. In that response, they advised they had gone with another candidate but they were wondering if I would be open to the open Supervisor role instead. This role's salary was $15K less. I responded on September 19 with additional questions and received a response on September 25. On September 30, I had asked if the role had been filled and decided to meet with the recruiter again on October 1. I was then required to interview with yet another director on October 14. On October 22, I received an update that they went with another candidate for the Supervisor role. I requested feedback in order to grow and have yet to receive any response. Each interview was approximately an hour of time. For each interview with the Directors, there were additional invitees that were scheduled and did not attend. While I understand that things come up, the interview process is also for the interviewee. I wasted approximately 5 hours in time spent with interviews.
