After this, the editor will get in touch for an informal phone interview to learn a little more about you and your career goals. After this, you'll be invited for a face-to-face interview. This will last for around an hour, and you'll speak with the editor, CEO, and a member or two of the editorial team.

I recently went through a three-stage process for the six-month editorial assistant role advertised for this company in April, which concluded in early May. This included a 400-word written article, phone interview and in-person interview. Two weeks after my in-person interview to my surprise and without being informed (ie ghosted), they have just advertised the same position for new applicants to begin work in June.
