The job interview at BH was conducted by two friendly interviewers. They asked about the candidate’s academic background and reasons for wanting to join the company. The process was smooth and left a positive impression of the company.
Quick call followed by a virtual workshop. Workshop involved a taking in a persona and we were asked to do a short presentation. Was rejected at the workshop and was offered feedback on request but they ignored me after this point.

The interview process started online primarily initially, followed by a group interview with team exercises to judge group behaviour, then in-person interview in London office with a case study to judge presentation ability

Very friendly and personable interview. I had 2 interviews and faced a variety of questions along with a presentation, generally assessing quality of work and how well you would fit into the team
