I didn't go on an interview; I applied for a new store, so it was an orientation of 8 people, we were all hired on the spot.
A couple of people left early on, but I am actually the sole survivor of the orientation. I've been at this company for 2 and a half years, everyone from the orientation left early on.
The interview was mostly a one-on-one conversation and overall it was fairly simple. As long as your personality and work style align with the culture and expectations of that specific location, you should do just fine.

Polite and understanding. Very relaxed setting yet formal. Was given the job expectations and qualifications as well as general idea of how shift is handled. I felt accepted and involved the second I walked into the interview
