I applied online and received an email informing me of a group interview. I did not attend but I received a call from the store manager scheduling an interview days later. I had an interview wit the store manager and the merchandising manager. I was then scheduled for an interview with the RVP of the region. After my final interview I received a call from the store manager and was told I had the job.

Very easy, focused on previous experiences. The interview questions touched on service and problem solving. Toured the location. The interview was very basic. Did not touch on leadership style or any complex aspects of the position.

Received prompt phone call from designated store. Scheduled 2nd interview 3 days out. Super friendly asked why I wanted to work there. What additional experience I had, and if I was available at all times and days needed.

Very easy interview. It was based more on my availability and flexibility. Just 1 interview with the store manager. Very quick hiring process. Almost hired immediately after interview and that’s with me having open availability.
