I applied through my University's job website. Received an on campus interview within two weeks. Second round interview within one day to two weeks. It depends on how much the recruiter liked you. The second round interview is held at their new corporate headquarters in New Jersey. The interview is a round Robin process. You will spend 30 minutes interviewing with four different people from different departments. You will also have a group assessment where the company will provide a quick presentation and ask you questions about the company's history. Be prepared to speak up so you stand out amongst your competitors. You are also graded from 1 to 5 during each interview. I think the grading is used to determine who gets the internship or not. The interviewer will also ask you the same generic questions. The company provides each interviewer with the same question sheet. Be prepared to ask questions. This is a great time to find out about the position.

It has been a long but helpful process to get to know the candidate and the company! There was first an online recorded interview process then a behavioral interview and finally a scenario interview.
