It’s a “3 Step Interview Process”.
However it felt more like a cheesy time share presentation or a pyramid scheme.
I met with 1 woman for less than 180 seconds and was told “Great! We think you’ll be a good fit! Let’s move on!” Then I was brought to a large conference room with 12 other individuals. Loud pop music was playing and the vibe just felt like they were overcompensation for something. Probably because the Indeed ad they placed did not mention that you have to start out as a insurance salesperson. The ad I responded to told me there was a “training period” which then turned into a management position.
I was not asked anything about my management history or what I feel my qualifications are as a management.
The presentation felt like a weird motivational speech you go to see at a Marriott conference room “You could earn up to $100k a year just like me! I’ve been working here for only 2 years and you could be in my shoes in an even shorter time! Our sales tactic is foolproof and it’s designed for you to succeed!”
There is no base salary. It’s all commission.
DISCLAIMER: If you are looking for a career and you have a cushion net of income to fall back on while your building sales, this might be the job for you. If you decide not to go to college after high school and you can have your parents’ support while you build a name for yourself in this company, this might be the job for you.
If you have a family and need a solid income right away, this is not for you. Don’t waste your time.

Applied on Indeed and was offered an interview the next day. I had a quick interview 5-minute interview before a big group "interview" that was actually just a presentation to sell you on a PYRAMID SCHEME
