J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Burger King (Los Angeles, CA) en juill. 2017

      Entretien

I applied on their website and received a call the next morning asking me to come in for an interview. It was my first interview. It lasted less than ten minutes and the manager didnt seem to have a lot of time. He mostly asked about what I was doing in school and my ability to multitask. After the interview he said he would call to let me know if I got the job, but instead I received an email later that day saying I got the job. He then called me 4 days later saying I got the job and that I needed to fill out some forms online and that he would call once I finished. I immediately filled all the forms out that day and never received a call back for about a week. The whole process felt extremely disorganized and when I went back in to tell them my papers were finished the manager seemed so confused and tried to tell me I hadn’t finished all the papers when I actually had. He didnt seem to know how to work the online forms at all, which was the reason he never called back.On top of that, one of the other managers started talking to me later about how everybody kept quitting and that she didnt like the manager who hired me. It also seemed like she was trying to get me to agree that I didnt like him either. This seemed so unprofessional and it made me feel so awkward and I just ended up deciding this was NOT the place I wanted to work after this whole ridiculous process.

The interview process was very quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The hiring manager was very kind and just asked behavioral questions. "How do you work in a team"? "Why do you want to work here". Stuff like that
