Group interview at the flag ship location on Bloor Street. Went in and was greeted, staff was friendly and offered water. Interviewer emphasized how much fun it is to work here. Two other candidates, both with lots of experience, however being reffered by an employee is the best way to get in the door.

Interview was super easy. Sat in a room with 2 managers, asked few questions. Interview process only lasted for about 10-15 minutes. Got a phone call from the assistant general manager the next day and got offered the position.
