Process was straightforward and simple. HR interview -> interview with hiring manager -> interview with team member -> Interview with director HR interview with Richard was very good. He was informative about the process and helpful. Richard continued being very helpful throughout the entire process. First interview had "canned" questions that were very generic and basic for the role. Second with the team member was very conversational and enjoyable. Felt like a conversation with a colleague and similar mindset/goals. Director level interview was what you would expect and was more cultural fit and professional. Overall good experience for the process that was a little more than a week of interviews and less than two for the whole process.
