Entretien
A very, very impersonal application procedure. You get an invite for a personality and cognitive ability/IQ test. Personality test with typical Myers Briggs questions with no time limit to complete about 40 questions. Second part was 50 questions with a 15 minute time limit. Basic arithmetic, abstract and spatial questions. These kind of tests you normally get when you're going for your first or second job, not when you're a seasoned/senior sales with more then 25 years of experience in International Sales.
After filling in these online tests, it took more then a week before I got a 'automated' reply saying that they've thanked me for submitting my resume and doing the tests.
I don't know why Bullhorn has such a high rate at Glassdoor, but this number can certainly be not because they have a great way of taking one's application personal.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Are you ambitious? .... such a stupid question you ask to someone who just finished high-school or university ...
We've found that our personality and aptitude assessments predict individuals that are able to be successful and are quick to be promoted at Bullhorn; the assessments are an important part of our application process which help us measure this. We appreciate your feedback, and will consider how to discuss ambition in an open-ended way.
