Entretien
I interviewed remotely for the Boston office so I imagine my experience will be different than most.
I had a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an 'answer as many questions as possible in 15 minutes' exam. Having apparently passed that, I was asked to do so again via webcam over skype to probably make sure I wasn't cheating. I believe usually the assessment is taken on site the second time.
After that, I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager and his boss. Very straightforward and simple process

Entretien
A lot of behavioural and situational based questions. Got me to the 4th round and still selected someone internally because they couldn’t select out of 5 people. Disappointing experience overall!

Difficult customer, tell me about a time you discovered an issue that wasn’t apparent to anybody.
Fairly straightforward, i had two rounds of interviews before my offer. Once with two managers and finally the second with the two head manager's. Overall fairly straightforward questions and since it was a support roll everything was pretty surface level in terms of questions and answers
