I interviewed in November 2018 after I received an email from them telling me to apply again with them after I had initially applied and got rejected a couple months before. I had a quick 25 min interview with the recruiter and and at the end of the call she applauded my background and experience which made me feel like I’d at least be moving onto the second round of interviews. A week later I get a rejection letter saying that they are looking for experience that more closely fits the current role which was the same rejection I got when I applied with them a few months before. It was very confusing and didn’t seem to add up since my previous position was basically a carbon copy of the job I’d be doing there. On top of that most people who start off as a BDR/SDR here have little to no real business development background so it all made their candidate selection process seem pretty inconsistent.
