I applied through an ad on Craigslist. The recruiter called me up a day or so later to schedule a phone interview. Spoke on the phone with the interviewer for 30 minutes or so... was asked a few case questions re: say you're a marketing consultant for a small boutique.. etc etc. Was called back for an in person. Nailed it!
