Filled out Application online, submitted typing Certificate, then got a phone screen a couple weeks later, then about a week later had a face-to-face interview, then a couple days after that had another face-to-face with "exectuives." whole process took about a month, but considering the steps and how many people they told me they were interview, not bad time frame. Phone interview was a little odd, cause i could hear the person typing and taking notes, the first interview was with a few people including a sales director, and then the 2nd interview was with a panel of board directors and or executives. Which the 2nd interview was more relaxed than the first lol which i thought was really nice but odd in the sense that none of them were wearing ties, suites, or well dressed by any means. Most were in sandals, shorts and even sporting ball caps. Made me more relaxed and made the environment feel fun.

I had three interviews and got the job but they were all ridiculous. It wasn't about my skills, it was about how well I could bs with the interviewers. The recruiter told me when I got hired that the drug test was a joke and that anyone with half a brain could figure out how to pass it.

Casual interview with multiple supervisors and managers. Looking for someone who is driven in sales and will close sales. They love to see sales in your resume but typically work with those with different backgrounds.

Their hiring process is very thorough. With multiple interviews, Build wants the best candidates for the role. It was comforting knowing the process was intense and that I would be working with other great candidates!

Question 1
The interview was like a fun conversation. They did ask some good questions around my sales experience. How many clients did you work with and how did you get those clients to keep coming back to you? And at the end of the interview always ask for the job! I learned that the hard way.
