ok, so there's two stages. First is the group interview. We were led into a party room where we wrote our names on labels. Then we were asked these three questions 1) Name one mistake you've made and describe it in detail (It could be from work/life) 2) What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages to working in a team 3) Where do you see yourself in 2 years? After these 3 questions. The interviewer will ask if you have any questions and after that she'll talk about what its like to work there and that you'll receive a call within the next 2 days if they're interested. Now, to the 2nd round. I was interviewed by 2 managers and they generally asked me about my past experience and what I learned from it. Name a time where you've worked in a team. IMPORTANT they are looking for generally extrovert people and I think that's where I fell short. They will ask you things like 1) If your friend was to describe you, what would they say? 2) What was the craziest thing you've ever done? Looking back on it, I suppose you have to play it by ear and know when it's alright to be informal and joke around a bit. Anyways, this website helped me a lot in preparation for them (although not enough apparently lol :T) so hope this helps and good luck to you guys!

Basic questions, asked about sewing, experience with kids, knowledge on the company, days I’m free ect ect ect ect. Had a brilliant interview and got the job, would work there again if I didn’t move
Group interview and then 1:1 - was simple enough and felt very relaxed. Nice team and then found out about 1 week later. Was a Christmas temp job so was quite a lot of people there and wanting to apply

The interview takes 3 rounds: a phone interview, an in person interview where you fill out a survey then complete an interview, and a follow through interview. I was hired on the spot at my follow through, but process could be different.
