Applied online, called withing a few days from the Full-Time Assistant Manager and set up an interview the following week. First interview was in the store out in the open; answered role play questions and general questions and even talked to a father and 2 year-old daughter who came into the store so the manager could see how I handled it. Yelled across the store to another employee(Hi, I'm Sally, etc) to see if I was shy. Met the Full-time assistant manager that day and one part-time assistant manager. They seemed upbeat and happy to be there. The next day I received a call wanting me to come in for a second group interview with the store manager(I didn't know that at the time). Ended up only me and another girl, we sat at a table outside in the walkway of a mall(not busy and more private at the time). Was asked more questions and talked about different things even more personal thing and then filled out the personality test(which is always a no brainer test). Got a call after the personality test came back saying I passed and then started the week after that!
