After sending an application, I got an invite for creative test and a week to submit my contribution.
The test had 4 different assignments. 1. To tell about yourself in creative way. 2. Photo concept proposal for a client 3. Create a Facebook canvas ad for a client 4. Instagram story concept visuals for a client.
Few days after the assignment you got invited for an interview with two creative directors, where you got to present the visual test and tell more about yourself. And of course, ask questions about the role and the company. The interview felt quite informal and laid back. The duration was around 30-45minutes.

Alles super. Klare, offene Kommunikation und alles gut geregelt. Drei Leute haben mich interviewt aber es war angenehm und gut organisiert. Es waren Art Directoren mit im Gespräch und haben technische Fragen gestellt

Entretien
Basic process where you talk first with HR manager and then have a interview with two team managers.
The managers were really trying to sell the company and tried to make it sound cool and flexible. They had hard time of answering my questions about the ways of working. Interviewers didn't put too effort to get to know my skills, which made the situation feel unprofessional. I got a feeling that they are desperately looking for creatives.
