Very snooty and only hires people that have experienced fine dining. Does not take into account high volume, fast-casual experience. Also the managers that conduct the interviews are not very experienced and only ask the questions on their print out sheet.

I interviewed with Jessica Rotner and the interview went well I was told they needed to consult with another manager. Long story short they kept telling me they would call me or email me with updates at the end of the week for at least four weeks and eventually told me they weren’t hiring anymore. Very unprofessional and a big waste of time.

Entretien
Very fast was an open interview. Seemed like they got important info. It was fast paced but effective! The staff was nice the interview took place at the Tyler because the restaurant was still under construction.
