Application submitted, interviewed by human resources manager, decision made and phone call received as of status with employment. I received a phone call for a pre-employment test.( I don't think they do this anymore) it included math and other questions. Then whoever passed the test got called for an interview. I received a one on one interview with the human resources manager. Then I was told I would be called back with my status for employment.
