Entretien
My interview was conducted in three stages. First I met with the person who would be my immediate manager. Then I met two other members of staff for a more general question and answer session. This part was more relaxed and open to get a sense of how I would fit with their team and culture. Lastly I met with the company's founder and General Manager. This was a chance for me bring up in final questions discuss notice period, remuneration etc. From the outset it was clear that they had high standards but the process was open and pleasant. Unfortunately I never had a real sense of whether I was doing well in the process but I guess that's normal.
I have heard that more recently and that for more senior roles they involve a psychologist in the final selection stages.
