First round video screening with HR/Talent Acquisition, second round with Hiring Manager, written assessment, third round with Hiring Manager. All three rounds done remotely video. HR/TA was responsive, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. I was ultimately super bummed that I did not get the role as I thoroughly enjoyed the hiring manager and my experience and had also aced the written assessment. I do think they have a more pleasant recruitment experience over other companies I've interviewed with recently. Sad I won't be joining Brookfield but happy they know how to treat applicants with dignity.
