Initially contacted by a recruitment coordinator after applying to role via the corporate web portal. A very friendly and professional recruiter reached out to me and asked a few questions to familiarize me with her and the role and next steps. A more formal Webex interview was set up with the hiring manager fairly quickly. It took only a few days between initial contact and my second interview.
