I interviewed internally from the company. I was able to network with the VP and speak with him about the role. I was honest about my goals and ambitions and he told me that this role and organization would be a great fit for learning to grow, perfect my sales skills, work with strategic customers, learn how to speak with c-levels, etc. I didn't do the typical interview process. my best advice would be networking with as many people as possible and really understanding if this company is the right fit.

What are your goals? How do you operate? Why should I hire you? Tell me what you would do with XYZ customer. What would you do if you ran into a customer SAT issue?

Too many interviews, no feedback was provided. I would hope for detailed feedback after I invested so much time in the interview process. I don't feel this is the correct way to close an interview process.
