I applied online (Fort Collins, CO) and got a phone interview with a technologist. Very rude, no small talk and kept cutting me off when I talk, seems very impatient if I didn't say something interesting. Interview is a mutual process, I decided not to proceed with this team anymore.

Had the interview with 2 seniors in the company. Pleasant conversation. I was asked to share chip packaging knowledge and how to supplier issue by stating an example of urgent issue that handled before.
