Pretty embarrassing when interviewer doesn't look at your resume at all. The guy needs to take a class on how to interview OR how to speak to another human being without mindlessly meandering with run-on sentences and nonsensical data points. It was lame. I cut the interview short and told him that I was not what he was looking for-- he muttered more words like he was eating peanut butter. I jumped off the call and laughed-- "CRM" was never anywhere on my resume. Brixton- nice hats, hope you figure out how to run a business with pros and not "rad awesome looking people" who are good at one software and lack actual interpersonal communication skills.
