HR Manager was friendly and did well at explaining the hiring process during the interview. Asked very technical questions about grammar, lexis and phonology. Most ESL teachers probably wouldn't be able to answer these questions in depth unless given at least a small amount of time to prepare. Questions could be a bit more specific as well.
