HR . 1 round technical discussion. first they told skype then after my availability took face to face. technically sound questions. no latest technology questions. only java and Jee related questions . lodical reseaoning should be strong. for some tricky questoins/ not easy to convence the interviewee. but all are basic concepts and work exp/
