The interview process seemed a little more extensive than with most potential employers I've encountered. It began with a short (30 minutes or so) online assessment to verify your experience with programming principles, .Net, SQL Server, etc., and then moved on to a series of about 3 interviews, with different sets of developers/dev managers. You may also meet with the CTO, if available, at the end of the process. Overall it took about 3-4 hours. The experience was pleasant and not overwhelming.

Weird phone interview - The interviewer was delighted by the fact that he had been working for them for about 3 months and his boss had asked him to conduct the interview, he told me, he didn't what his boss had seen on him because he was not special and there were more people in the department - but he knew that the boss saw something to pick him over the others.Then - he went on telling me his lifetime story about how such a great programmer he was and all the great things he had been doing. Did not ask anything meaningful- In fact I was offended by the fact that the interviewer did not have a clue about the things he was asking. At the end of the interview he told me about all the things that he was concerned about me which surprised me because the interview was all about him not me.
