Three round of Interviews: Round 1- HR interview, general information and get to know round Rond 2- 1 hour interview with a Lead Advisor and an Associate Advisor (45 min behavioral questions, 15 min for you to ask questions about the position) Round 3- 2 hour interview with two main rounds of interviews and a pre and post check in with HR 15 min pre-interview chat with HR 45 min interview (like round 2 with different people) - behavioral questions 45 min interview (same thing) - behavioral questions and a few situational 15 min post-interview chat with HR (about how you think it went and next steps) Truly amazing company and had a great time getting to know the team and culture. I would have loved to work at Brighton Jones, but the position didn't fit me as well as the other offer I was considering. They were all respectful, organized, incredibly nice and helpful. Highly recommend and would invest time and do your best to get a position.
