During the phone screenings...the recruiter and coordinator did an excellent job. Then they scheduled 2 face to face on 2 different days. After the 1st interview I received anl rejection email. Note I still had the 2nd interview pending?! I went to the 2nd interview and no one said anything. I spoke with the recruiter and she was oblivious to what had happened. That was very unprofessional and tacky. Glad I had other opportunities as the candidate experience matters!

Started with a phone interview with the recruiter for 30 minutes. Overall it was a good discussion. They did an excellent job in explaining the job role, the company, and setting expectations. Few days later, I received a request to come in for in person interview. The interview was 1:1 with the hiring manager for about an hour. Both the recruiter and coordinator did an excellent job in preparation leading up to the interview. A week later, I received another (final) request for interview, also in person. This time it was a panel type interview with both the hiring manager, business team, and some of the members. Overall a great experience!
