Applied through a recruitment agency, first stage was a screening call with HR which was positive and professionally conducted.
Second round interview was a negative experience and conducted in an unprofessional manner in my opinion, minutes into the call it was clear that there was no interest in interviewing me. I guess my face did not fit.
This interview lasted about 25 minutes, interviewer jumped to negative and inaccurate conclusions.
Advice to candidates attending a second round interview with this company, find out if a member of the HR team will be present, and if not find out why? To ensure you are treated in a professional manner I would request that a member of HR attends all stages of the process.
This company also sends an online survey after their rejection mail which leads me to believe that a high volume of candidates are interviewed, rejected and surveyed.

I had a overall good experience. I enjoyed meeting the hiring manager and discussing the role. The questions asked were fair and the process was very clear for next steps.

Recuriter reached out to me on LinkedIn (without even applying). Had the first call with the recruiter and he thought I was an ideal candidate and would have the hiring team reach out for further interviews. When I reached out about a week later, he was shocked that no one reached out from the hiring team yet. After another week, he confirmed that he can see progress on his end with other candidates and yet no one from the hiring team had reached out ... the very next day, I get the message that "the role is on hold...". I've read similar reviews where the actaul hiring team just ghosts candidates and I have a feeling that there may have been some discrimination involved as well.
