Received an email that I seem to match what they were looking for and was invited in for an interview. The entrance to the building is secluded and sketchily behind a fence and down some stairs. I was interviewed by the director in an odd room and felt uncomfortable waiting in the room. He had an earphone in the entire time and asked simple questions just from my resume and kept saying “ok let me think of some hard questions”. It made me feel as though he was not prepared at all for the interview. He acted very unimpressed with my resume and the entire interview felt like a waste of time. He said if they were “dying to hire me they’ll give me a call, if not then they couldn’t find a spot”. I immediately moved on and accepted another position. Almost a month later I got a text asking if I could come in for another interview. Very unprofessional process and just from the interview I knew it wasn’t the place for me.
