Filled out application online. They called. Didn't ask many questions. Put me in touch with the person who would be my boss. She had me meet her at the job site. She introduced me to the individuals and showed me around. She asked if I thought I would like to work with them and thought I could do the job. I said yes and I was hired.

It was short interview , but a informative one. Everyone was welcoming and kind. No judgment when i walked in the door. If i needed direction i had no problem because staff directed me. The staff who interviewed me was respectful and caring. He was busy , yet he took time with me . I did not feel rushed or unimportant. Overall i felt like i was important and could fit in with company.
