Asked about architecture and design. I was shown a diagram. I was asked what it represented and if I could describe and improve it. I later had a second interview and we dove into greater detail.

They waste your time by making you take a cognitive test Which has about the same complexities as the psat. Don’t waste my time as a senior developer applying for a senior role with silly exams that take 30 minutes. At least give me a coding challenge or something useful or applicable to my job. When I started this challenge my mind was made to turn down the offer. Also compensation was 20k low to the average compensation.
