J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bridgewater Associates en avr. 2019
Entretien
After an initial phone screening, I took a series of online personality tests. The second interview was conducted by phone. The interviewer seemed happy with my answers to technical questions and moved on to ask my opinion on a few subjective topics. They would immediately challenge all of my opinions. It seemed that they wanted to get a reaction out of me. Finally they asked how I feel about the US government, and whether it should be broken up and privatized in its entirety. When I expressed that this would be nearly impossible to execute and inefficiencies would remain, the interviewer became heated and abruptly ended the call.

30 minute phone screen, no technical questions, all about resume and fit...never really got anywhere meaningful though. I don't think, in an interview process, I've ever had a situation where I came away feeling my time had been wasted like this. "Radical transparency" or not, this all felt silly.
