Candidature
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bridgewater Associates en avr. 2021
Entretien
The first stage was a behavioral interview where a recruiter talks to you about Bridgewater, and then you introduce yourself. After this I was selected to be a part of their insight program. The final round of interviews took place after the insight program. They were two separate one hour long, conversations with an individual interviewer where they ask you a broad question to evaluate you're creative thinking and logic abilities.

Q: If you could press a button and it meant that no one in the world could lie anymore, would you press it?
Just first round, asked me to talk about my interests. Mostly an open discussion on how that would align with what the company seeks. Overall kind of easy since it was mostly behavorial.
