Was contacted through LinkedIn. Went through various HR calls and also had to do quite a few personality tests. There was an hour long interview with an outside firm. There was a lot of emphasis on the company culture and a book on Principles written by the company's founder and CEO. There was a lot of discussion on non job related issues. Interviewer is trying to test whether you get ruffled with constant questions and critisisms.
