The interview was done through Wedge, a one-way video interview platform where you film your answers. It felt very impersonal and frankly silly. I didn't feel like I was being properly considered for the position.

The question were pre-recorded and had to film the answers, the questions were some of the usual ones like "tell me about yourself", and questions related about the job and such.

It was mostly quiestions about how I would do things, how i'd would handle myself in cetain situations and how much i knew about the company.

Entretien
I applied online via Indeed and got moved forward to the interview process immediately after. The interview itself was done via Wedge, where you are asked pre-determined questions and record yourself answering them. There were 13 questions total and most of them were easy to answer, but some had vague prompts that I thought were out of place for an interview. I think I did ok overall-not bad, but I ended up being ghosted for almost a month (specifically until mid-June).
