I was refered by another member of BAI. I supplied my resume to a former Business Unit Director. He scheduled an interview. I went to the interview. He asked me pretty standard questions, such as what do I want to do in the future, am I interested in doing jobs other than what I do now, salary requirements. Etc. they offered me the position on the same day.
