I submitted my resume through LinkedIn and after a phone screen I got invited to an on-site interview. I had between 4 and 5 30-minute long interviews and they were exhausting, every interview felt like an interview for a Director position. One of the interviews was with the CEO, he was intimidating and borderline inappropriate. I got an offer after being asked to complete an assignment. Luckily, I was able to reach out to a former employee who recommended that I don't accept the offer. She gave me terrifying details about the culture, which included; verbal abuse, lack of flexibility and no potential for professional growth.
