Dedicate a total of 7-9 hrs to go through the whole interview process. 1 hr skype interview, 3.5 hr Test - Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Business English/Personality Test. 1 hr Interview with a Manager. Then an extra test right after, which includes a case study presentation, Note taking, and an Excel Test.
It’s important to ensure a good fit for both parties so we take a lot of care when we are selecting candidates. We have found that the average time to complete our interview process is around 4 hours including our online testing and in-person interviews. Thanks for the feedback, though, as BrandActive wants to ensure a positive Candidate Experience every time.

There was first a video interview with a recruiter who asked basic interview questions. They then ask you to complete a series of online tests (English/Business Language, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). The tests were quite long and although asked pretty simple questions, it was hard to use the program that administered the Microsoft Office tests. One wrong click anywhere on the screen and no chance of redoing, the test just moves on and counts it as an error. Not a very fair or accurate way to test someone's abilities. Next step is a one on one interview with a Project Manager, also basic interview questions, but more chance to be thorough with your answers and have a conversation. There were talks of then meeting with one of the Directors and completing a business case, but I did not reach that stage of the interview process. I personally thought the whole process was very excessive for the position I was applying for and for the size and reputation of the company.

Entretien
First there was a skype interview/screening. Second testing on math, spelling & grammar, excel, powerpoint, outlook and word and a thinking assessment. Third was a face to face interview with the hiring manager and after the interview there were additional testing on a powerpoint presentation based on information they provided, excel manipulation and taking notes based on a recording.
