I hear from a recruiter to set up a short chat with them within a 24 hours notice. The questions asked were pretty straightforward. I was then told that I would be reached out within 2 weeks to tell if I am selected for the next stage or not. The next stage was an assessment centre. I was given a notice 5 days before the task was to take place. I was also given a document telling about Brambles 2 days prior only. One day before the assessment centre there was a ice breaker session held which was only attended by 3 candidates and I would suggest attending it for sure. For the assessment center the 5 candidates were divided into 2 groups where I first had an interview with two managers. I was asked situation based questions in the interview related to how I handle clients. Then next I had a presentation where I got an hour to prepare and 15 minutes to present. Then there was another interview with two more people who asked me about how i deal with conflicts in a workplace. Then there was a group activity which was being monitored by atleast 10 people and we were given different puzzles to solve and the conversation between the candidates was very unorganized. They gave plenty of breaks and it lasted from 9am-4pm.
