Had a phone interview with the Regional Sales Manager, then with the Senior Application Specialist. Was then flown down for an in person interview with the RSM, AC, and Sales person. During this interview they had me role play and pretended they were an angry surgeon because the system was down to see how I would fix it. The position ended up being closed due to the hospital's financial reasons but the RSM liked me enough to have me interview with an RSM in another region. I did a phone interview, then a skype interview with the RSM and other Sales person. During this interview they showed me some of the product and asked me to present it back to them. Then I got the offer and worked there for over 2 years!
Pretty quick. Phone screen to offer in 1 month. HR video interview, 2 30min phone calls and a panel. Everyone was easy to talk to and the interview was conversational. It’s good to know what their products are.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is Image Guided Surgery and how does it work.
First, I had an initial phone screening with the person that would actually oversee the position then an in-person interview. I was given a list of topics to read up on to prep for the in-person interview based on the position.

Question 1
They asked me to do a mock-scenario of how I would react to specific questions in the field.
Had a preliminary call with a recruiter to explain the position, and a formal interview with two employees at a conveniently located hotel. Questions were standard, the job was described as variable week to week.
