HR emailed me a couple of months after I applied online. We had a thirty minute phone interview and she said should would reach out about moving forward in a week. She also said she would have someone else on the team talk to me. So I did a second phone interview with someone (~15min). Later the same week, HR reached out and said she wants to schedule a phone interview with the regional director. So I did another 30min phone.
It has been three weeks pass the time HR said she would get back to me and I have sent three follow up emails. Have not heard back yet.
Pretty quick. Phone screen to offer in 1 month. HR video interview, 2 30min phone calls and a panel. Everyone was easy to talk to and the interview was conversational. It’s good to know what their products are.

What is Image Guided Surgery and how does it work.
First, I had an initial phone screening with the person that would actually oversee the position then an in-person interview. I was given a list of topics to read up on to prep for the in-person interview based on the position.

They asked me to do a mock-scenario of how I would react to specific questions in the field.
Had a preliminary call with a recruiter to explain the position, and a formal interview with two employees at a conveniently located hotel. Questions were standard, the job was described as variable week to week.
