I had three interviews total, all via Google Meet. The first interview was a typical screening call with a recruiter, the second was a technical interview with the hiring manager + one team member, and the third was a culture interview with another team member that included some additional technical questions. The technical and culture interviews both lasted a little over an hour and were very thorough.
